Answer
Use this process when a workflow is already built and published, and you want to make it available to one or more additional Groups without changing the workflow content. If you need to update questions, routes, or logic first, make those changes before publishing.
Steps
Open ANVL Insights.
Go to Mobilize > Editor.
Open Published in the left menu.
Select the workflow you want to publish to a new Group.
Select Save to create a draft from the published workflow.
Publish the draft to the new Group.
When prompted, ensure Update is selected.
IMPORTANT: Do not select Create unless creating a net new workflow. If you select Create you will publish a duplicate of the existing workflow.
Verify the publish
Refresh the browser.
Open Published.
Use the Group Selector to select the new Group.
Open the workflow and confirm it appears as expected.
Additional Details
Use Update unless you intentionally want to create a new workflow template.
Choosing Create will create a duplicate workflow.
Existing Groups are not affected.
Workflow visibility follows a refresh cadence, so users may not see the workflow until later the same day or the following day.
If the workflow was recently published, users may need to sign out and sign back in to see it immediately.
