Use embedded media when you want to place an image or video directly inside a workflow question prompt. This is useful for adding reference material, visual standards, quick training content, or setup guidance without sending users to a separate document or link.
Embedded media can be added to any question type in Editor.

Steps
Open ANVL Insights.
Go to Mobilize > Editor.
Open the workflow draft you want to update.
Select the question where you want to embed media.
Open the question editing pane.
Upload the image or video to the question prompt.
Save the question.
Save the draft.

Embedded media appears directly in the question prompt for the end user.
