Answer

Use embedded media when you want to place an image or video directly inside a workflow question prompt. This is useful for adding reference material, visual standards, quick training content, or setup guidance without sending users to a separate document or link.

Embedded media can be added to any question type in Editor.

Supported file types:

  • Images: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif

  • Videos: .mp4

Steps

  1. Open ANVL Insights.

  2. Go to Mobilize > Editor.

  3. Open the workflow draft you want to update.

  4. Select the question where you want to embed media.

  5. Open the question editing pane.

  6. Upload the image or video to the question prompt.

  7. Save the question.

  8. Save the draft.

Additional Details

  • Embedded media appears directly in the question prompt for the end user.

  • This works across all question types.

  • Use embedded media when a visual example will help the user answer more accurately or complete the step correctly.

Common use cases

  • reference images for field validation

  • micro-training clips for just-in-time learning

  • visual cues for safety checks

  • equipment setup guidance

  • quality reference standards
