Steps: View Question Responses
Log in to ANVL Manager (
insights.anvl.com).Select Analytics.
Select Workflow Drilldown.
Select a date range.
Select one or more workflows to review.
Tip: You can select multiple workflows.
Open the Questions tab.
Select the question(s) you want to analyze.
Tip: Select 'Deselect All' to clear the selected questions. Then, select the question(s) you want to review.
Review the summarized responses for the selected question(s).
Select View Breakdown to see individual responses.
Select a Name link to open the specific workflow.
Select the Download icon to view or export response charts.
Watch Out For…
Results depend on the selected date range and workflows
Selecting too many questions at once may reduce clarity
Drilldown reports summarize responses; they do not replace detailed workflow records
