Use the Workflow Drilldown report in ANVL Insights to review and trend responses to specific workflow questions across one or more workflows. This is useful when you want to identify patterns, investigate recurring issues, or review question-level data without opening individual workflow records one by one.
Steps
Log in to ANVL Insights.
Select Analytics.
Select Workflow Drilldown.
Select the date range.
Select one or more workflows.
Open the Questions tab.
Clear the selected questions if needed, then select the question or questions you want to review.
Tip: Select 'Deselect All' to clear the selected questions. Then, select the question(s) you want to review.
Review the summarized responses.
Select View Breakdown to see individual responses.
Select the Name link to open a specific workflow.
Select the Download icon to view or export response charts.
If a workflow or question is missing, check with your Program Owner. This report depends on workflow template tags being configured correctly.
Additional Details
You can select multiple workflows in the same report.
Results depend on the selected date range, workflows, and questions.
Selecting too many questions at once may make the report harder to read.
The drilldown report summarizes question responses, but detailed workflow records are still available when needed.
