Answer

ANVL Insights AI is an AI-driven analytics feature that reviews ANVL workflow data and highlights the most important safety and operational issues for a selected Group or site.

Instead of requiring users to dig through dashboards or spreadsheets,

Insights AI surfaces:

  • the top issues or hazards

  • supporting evidence from real workflows

  • AI-generated recommendations for improvement

Insights are refreshed monthly and are scoped to a specific Group.

Access to Insights AI is permission-based. If enabled, it appears under Analytics in ANVL Insights. If a user does not see it, they may not have access yet.

Steps

  1. Open ANVL Insights.

  2. Go to Analytics.

  3. Select ANVL Insights.

  4. Choose the month you want to review.

  5. Review the insights for the selected Group or site.

Each insight may include:

  • an issue summary

  • site-specific evidence pulled from workflows

  • links to the related workflows

  • recommended actions for improvement

Insights AI analyzes both:

  • open text responses, such as comments and descriptions

  • structured workflow data, such as checklists and yes/no responses

This helps identify patterns such as:

  • repeated hazards

  • training gaps

  • high-risk activities

Insights AI is especially useful for:

  • site supervisors

  • operational leaders

  • EHS and safety managers

  • regional leaders

  • developing toolbox talk topics

AI-generated recommendations should always be reviewed before acting on them.

To request access:

  1. Submit a request through the ANVL Help Center, or

  2. Contact your System Manager

Important notes

  • Insights AI is a permission-based feature.

  • Insights are refreshed monthly.

  • Results are scoped to a selected Group or site.

  • The feature is designed to provide clear takeaways, not just raw data.

  • If access is granted through administration, the setting is typically managed through Risk Insights / Insights AI access.
