To review and resolve a Flag, open the related workflow in Live Feed, find the flagged question, and review the concern raised by the frontline user. Use the workflow details to determine whether follow-up, corrective action, or additional communication is needed.
Steps
Open ANVL Insights.
Go to Live Feed.
Find the workflow with the Flag icon.
Open the workflow.
Locate the flagged question.
Review the response, details, and any supporting photos or notes.
Take follow-up action based on the issue raised.
Update or close the flag according to your organization’s process.
