Answer
A Flag is a way for a frontline user to call attention to a concern, question, or unusual condition that may need follow-up. Unlike an Intervention, which is triggered automatically by workflow configuration, a Flag is added manually by the person completing the workflow and is tied to a specific question or response.
Steps
Open ANVL Insights.
Go to Live Feed.
Find the workflow with the Flag icon.
Open the workflow.
Locate the flagged question.
Review the details and follow up as needed
