Answer

Use findings and corrective actions in ANVL Insights to review issues raised from Stops, Interventions, Flags, or other workflow findings and document follow-up through resolution. This helps you track what was identified, what action was taken, and whether additional escalation is needed.

If your organization uses Benchmark Gensuite Action Tracking System (ATS) and the integration is enabled, you can also escalate a finding to ATS for formal action tracking.

Expectations for Reviewing and Closing Actions

  • Interventions: Review within a defined timeframe based on site or program expectations.

  • Flags: Respond promptly and close the same day whenever possible.

  • Stops: Require immediate action and rapid mitigation before work continues.

Steps

1. Open the finding from Live Feed

  • Go to the Live Feed

  • Review actions by status: Open, In Review, or Closed

  • Select a workflow to view related actions

2. Review the finding

  • Within a workflow, select one of the following icons:

    • Stop

    • Intervention

    • Flag

  • Review the question and response that triggered the escalation.

  • If the finding is already resolved, change the Status from Open to Closed

  • If the finding requires follow-up, select Start Action.
