Answer

Use the filters in Live Feed to narrow workflow results by group, date, escalation type, workflow, status, user, review status, or connected records in other applications.

Start by confirming you are in the correct Group, since that controls which workflows are available to review.

Steps

Select the correct Group

  1. Open ANVL Insights.

  2. Go to Live Feed.

  3. Check the My Group filter.

  4. If needed, change the group to the site or group you want to review.

Set the date range

  1. Choose a quick date filter such as Today, This Week, or This Month.

  2. To search a specific time period, select the custom date option.

  3. Select a start date and end date from the calendar.

  4. Use All Time if you want to remove the date limit.

Filter by escalation type

  1. Review the escalation filter area.

  2. Leave it at All Workflows to see all workflows.

  3. Select Stops, Interventions, or Flags if you want to narrow to those findings only.

  4. If needed, select the status icon within those boxes to filter by Open, In Review, or Closed.

Use the search filters

  1. Select one or more Workflows to filter by workflow type.

  2. Select one or more Statuses to filter by Complete, In Progress, or Incomplete.

  3. Select one or more Users to filter by the person who completed the workflow.

  4. Select Reviewed or Not Reviewed if you want to filter by review status.

Note: Selected filters will appear below the filter dropdowns.

Filter by Benchmark Gensuite records if integrations are enabled

  1. Open the Benchmark Gensuite filter if it appears in your environment.

  2. Select:

    • ATS for workflows escalated to Action Tracking System

    • Incidents for workflows escalated to Incident Management

    • Concerns for workflows escalated to Concern Reporting

Review the results

  1. Scroll down to the workflow results list on the left side of the page.

  2. Review the workflows that match your filters.

  3. Select the workflow hyperlink to open the full record.

  4. Use the row setting at the bottom to show 25 or 50 results at a time.

Review media

  1. Check the media panel on the right side of the page.

  2. Review any photos, videos, and signatures attached to workflows that match your filters.

Reset the filters

  1. Select Clear All Filters if you want to start over.

  • Workflow results are sorted by completion date.

  • The Users filter shows the person who completed the workflow.
