Use the Collaborative Workflows filter in Live Feed to view workflow records that involve multiple collaborators. This filter displays workflows that use Handoff and Approval questions, allowing managers to monitor collaboration and review the complete workflow history.
Steps
Open ANVL Insights.
Navigate to Live Feed.
Select the appropriate Group and date range.
Select the Collaborative Workflows icon (the multi-person icon) to display Collaborative Workflow records.
Review the list of Collaborative Workflows.
Select a workflow to open the full workflow record.
Review collaborator responses, Handoff assignments, Approval decisions, comments, media, and timestamps.
Additional Details
The Collaborative Workflows filter displays workflows completed by multiple collaborators.
Open any workflow to review the complete audit trail from start to finish.
Use additional Live Feed filters to narrow results by workflow, user, status, or date range.
