Use the Approvals panel in Live Feed to monitor workflows that contain an Approval question.
The panel displays counts for each approval status: Approved, Pending, Denied, and Lapsed. Select an individual status count to filter Live Feed to workflows with that status.
Select the total Approvals count to view all workflows that include an Approval question.
Steps
Open ANVL Insights.
Go to Live Feed.
Confirm the My Group filter is set to the Group you want to review.
Set the appropriate date range.
Locate the purple Approvals panel.
Select a status count to filter the results:
Approved
Pending
Denied
Lapsed
To view all Approval Workflows, select the total Approvals count.
Review the filtered workflow records in the results list.
Select a workflow hyperlink to open the full record.
Review the approval decision, comments, responses, media, collaborators, and timestamps.
Additional Details
Statuses
Approved: the workflow received an approved decision.
Pending: an approval decision is still required.
Denied: the workflow received a Denied/Not Approved decision.
Lapsed: the approval was not completed within the expected timeframe.
Approval statuses apply only to workflows that contain an Approval question. Workflows containing only Handoff questions do not receive an approval status.
If you do not see the workflows you expect, verify the selected Group and date range.
