How do I review responses in a Collaborative Workflow?

Collaborative Workflows maintain a complete audit trail of every response entered by each collaborator.

Answer

Collaborative Workflows maintain a complete audit trail of every response entered by each collaborator. As the workflow moves from one user to another, all responses remain visible, allowing reviewers to understand what has already been completed before adding their own information or making an approval decision.

Open the Collaborative Workflow record in Live Feed and review each completed response in sequence. For every response, look beneath the answer for the Answered By details, which identify the collaborator who submitted the response and the date and time it was completed.

Review the response text, comments, photos, videos, signatures, Handoff selections, and Approval decisions to understand what each collaborator completed before you continue the workflow or make a decision.

Steps

  1. Open ANVL Insights.

  2. Navigate to Live Feed.

  3. Locate and open the Collaborative Workflow you want to review.

  4. Scroll through the workflow to review each completed section.

  5. Review the information provided for each question, including:

    • The response entered.

    • Photos, videos, signatures, or other attachments, when available.

    • The name of the collaborator who answered the question.

    • The date and time the response was submitted.

  6. Continue reviewing each section until you have the context needed to complete your assigned work or make an approval decision.
