If you cannot create a Work Folder, the issue is typically caused by either an internet connection problem or the Group you are working in not having any Work Item Categories configured.
Steps
Verify that your device has an active internet connection.
Sign out of ANVL and sign in again.
If you can sign in but still cannot add a Work Folder, contact your ANVL System Administrator or ANVL Support (support@anvl.com)
Provide the name of the Group you are working. The administrator or support team should verify that Work Item Categories have been configured for that Group.
