How to configure it:
Open your workflow in the editor and select the question you want to configure.
In the question panel on the right, find the Hide Response checkbox near the bottom of the panel.
Check the box to hide the response from standard viewers.
Click Save.

Permissions: Hiding a response doesn't remove it from the system — it controls visibility. To let specific users or roles see a hidden response, you'll need to configure viewer permissions separately.
Note: This setting defaults to unchecked (visible). Existing workflows are unaffected until someone enables it on a given question.
