How do I pin or favorite a Work Folder?

Favoriting Work Folders allows you to quickly find and access folders you use frequently or need to reference often. You can add or remove Work Folders from your Favorites at any time.

Answer

Pin the Work Folders you use most by starring them, and they’ll show up in their own Favorites tab on the Work Folder(s) screen. Pinned folders stay in your Active list too.

Note: This feature is only available to organizations that have Work Folders enabled.

Steps

Before you Begin: Make sure you’re logged in to the ANVL Mobile App on the latest version and have at least one Work Folder.

To add a Work Folder to Favorites:

  1. Open the ANVL Frontline app.

  2. Navigate to Work Folder(s).

  3. Locate the Work Folder you want to favorite under the Active or Inactive tab.

  4. Swipe right on the Work Folder to reveal the star icon on the left.

  5. Tap the star icon to add the folder to your Favorites. The star becomes highlighted to indicate that the folder is favorited.

  6. Select the Favorites tab to view your favorited Work Folders.

To remove a Work Folder from Favorites:

  1. Navigate to Work Folder(s).

  2. Locate the favorited Work Folder under the Active, Inactive, or Favorites tab.

  3. Swipe right on the Work Folder to reveal the highlighted star icon.

  4. Tap the star icon to remove the folder from your Favorites.

  5. The Work Folder will no longer appear under the Favorites tab but will remain accessible under its applicable Active or Inactive tab.
