Why don’t I see my Work Folder?

Answer

If you do not see your Work Folder right away, it may not be loaded yet, or it may already be in Inactive Work. ANVL shows the most recently created folders first and may only load a limited number at first to help the app open faster.

To find a folder, first try searching by the Unique ID instead of the folder name. Search is a contains search, so you do not need the full value. If the folder still does not appear, use Load More and Refresh. If the folder is inactive, switch to Inactive Work and keep looking there.

Some organizations also use integrations that automatically create Work Folders from a work order system. In those cases, folder creation may depend on organization-specific rules or timing. If you expect a folder to be created automatically and do not see it, contact your supervisor or IT team.

Steps

  1. Open ANVL.

  2. Go to the Work Folders screen.

  3. Search for the folder using the Unique ID if possible.

  4. If you still do not see it, select Load More to display additional folders.

  5. Select Refresh to reload the latest folder list.

  6. The folder may be inactive, so open Inactive Work.

  7. Search again in Inactive Work.

  8. If needed, select Load More again in Inactive Work.

  9. If you still do not see the folder, contact your supervisor or IT team.

Additional Details

  • ANVL may only show a limited number of folders at first to help the app load more quickly.

  • Older or less recent folders may not appear until you select Load More.

  • In some organizations, Work Folders are created automatically through integrations.

  • Auto-created folders may depend on business rules, system timing, or required data from the source system.

  • If the folder still does not appear, your supervisor may be able to look it up in ANVL Insights.
