How do I manage my notification settings in ANVL Insights?

Answer

Use Preferences in ANVL Insights to manage your own notification settings. From there, you can control email digest notifications and escalation notifications for Stops and Flags by site or group.


Steps

  1. Open ANVL Insights.

  2. Select your name in the upper-right corner.

  3. Open the dropdown and select Preferences.

  4. Scroll down to Notification Settings.

Manage email digest notifications

  1. Find the Email Digest section.

  2. Choose whether to enable the digest by site or group.

  3. Select whether it should apply to all workflow categories or only selected workflow categories.

Manage escalation notifications

  1. Scroll to the Escalation Notifications section.

  2. Choose the site or group you want to manage.

  3. For Stops and Flags, select whether you want notifications by Email, SMS, or both.

  4. Repeat for additional groups if needed.

  5. Select Update or save your changes.

Additional Details

  • The email digest can include workflow counts and watch/warn information based on your organization’s setup.

  • Escalation notifications can be configured separately for Stops and Flags.

  • You can choose all groups or only specific groups, depending on how you want to receive notifications.
