Use Messaging in ANVL to communicate directly with your supervisor about a workflow, concern, or follow-up item without leaving the app. Messaging is one-to-one, and a supervisor must start the conversation first before you can reply.
Steps
Open Messaging
Open Messaging from the home screen or tap the envelope icon.
Open the message thread started by your supervisor.
Send a message
Enter your message in the thread.
Send your reply.
Add photos, videos, or files if that option is available.
Use voice-to-text if needed.
Additional Details
Messaging is always tied to a workflow, concern, corrective action, or follow-up item.
You cannot start a new conversation unless a supervisor has initiated the thread.
Messages are sent directly through ANVL so you can respond from the point of work.
