Messages in ANVL Insights let you communicate directly about a workflow, concern, corrective action, or follow-up item. You only see message threads you are part of, such as threads you started, threads you were added to, or threads connected to workflows you completed.
Steps
Open Messages
Open ANVL Insights.
Select the Messages tab (envelope icon).
Review the message threads available to you.
Open a message thread
Select the thread you want to review.
Read the message history and related context.
Send a message
Enter your message in the thread.
Send your reply.
Add attachments as needed (if enabled).
