Anvl provides you with data from frontline users in your organization. Anvl for Web organizes completed workflows and visualizes key data for you to review.

One of the data points collected is "Interventions." Users create Interventions while on the frontline with the Anvl mobile app. Interventions are automatically triggered based on user responses. These highlight situations needing supervisor review.

Interventions highlight a wide range of potential concerns, so it is best to check them often on the Live Feed tab.

When reviewing, you can see Interventions by clicking on a workflow. Review and respond via Anvl Messages if appropriate.

Your Anvl account manager works with our team to determine which user responses trigger Interventions. Any questions related Intervention triggers should go their way.
