How do I add someone to my Work?

Anvl is designed for teams of all sizes. The "Work" feature allows you to add your teammates to your work. This way, you can knockout tasks together and ensure that your team is on the same page.

Follow the steps below to add users to your Work.

Steps to Add Users to Your Work

  1. Find the Work folder you'd like to add your teammate to

  2. Click the person icon, this will show a drop down menu with all app users in your Group

  3. User the search bar to find your teammate. Select them to add them to your Work.

Tips to Remember

If you are having a hard time finding your teammate make sure to review these tips:

  • If the the teammate you'd like to add is missing from your dropdown menu, try logging out and logging back in to the app. This will refresh the list of users on the dropdown menu.

  • Make sure that the user you are trying to add are in your Group.

  • You can also add teammates to your Work in workflows that ask "Who are you working with today." Make it easy for yourself and add your teammates while completing your workflows.
