How do I add someone to my Work?

ANVL is designed for team collaboration. The Work feature allows you to add teammates so you can complete tasks together and stay aligned on shared responsibilities.

Answer

You can add teammates to your Work from the Work folder by selecting the person icon and choosing users from your Group.


Steps

  1. Open the ANVL mobile app.

  2. Navigate to the Work folder you want to share.

  3. Tap the person icon.

  4. In the dropdown list, use the search bar to find your teammate.

  5. Select their name to add them to your Work.

Your teammate will now have visibility into the shared Work item.


Additional Details

If You Cannot Find Your Teammate

  • Log out and log back into the app to refresh the user list.

  • Confirm the teammate is in the same Group as you.

  • If the issue persists, contact your supervisor to verify group configuration.

Alternative Method

Some workflows include a question such as “Who are you working with today?”
You can add teammates directly within the workflow while completing it.
