Add yourself to a Work Folder in ANVL Insights when you need access to that folder in Frontline Operations (ANVL Workflows). This allows you to complete workflows in that folder and view the workflows already associated with it. You must have access to both ANVL Insights and Frontline Operations (ANVL Workflows) for this to work.
Steps
Open ANVL Insights.
Go to the Work Folders page.
Find the Work Folder you want to join.
Select the checkbox next to the folder.
Select Modify.
In the Worker(s) or user section, add yourself to the folder.
Save the changes.
Open Frontline Operations (ANVL Workflows).
Refresh the app if needed to see the updated folder.
Additional Details
After you are added, you can use that folder to complete workflows and view workflows already in the folder in Frontline Operations (ANVL Workflows).
If you do not see the folder right away in ANVL Workflows, use Refresh.
