Your work is saved as you go in ANVL. To pause a workflow and come back later, use Keep In Progress or Close instead of completing it.
Steps
While in the workflow, select Keep In Progress or Close.
Return to the workflow later from your In Progress work list.
Continue where you left off and complete the workflow before it times out.
Additional Details
In Progress workflows do not stay open indefinitely.
Your organization sets the timeout period for how long a workflow can remain In Progress.
If the timeout is reached, the workflow is marked Incomplete.
