Answer
A workflow is marked Incomplete when it remains In Progress longer than the Assessment Timeout configured by your organization. This setting determines how long a workflow can remain open before ANVL automatically marks it as Incomplete. If your work takes longer than the configured timeout, the workflow may be marked Incomplete before you have a chance to submit it.
Steps
If the workflow was marked Incomplete before you finished, start a new workflow if the work still needs to be documented.
If this happens regularly and you need more time to complete your workflows, contact your manager, EHS Leader, or ANVL Program Lead.
Let them know approximately how long the workflow needs to remain open to support your work, for example two days.
Your organization can review and adjust the workflow timeout if a longer duration is needed. Any change will apply to all workflow templates within the Group.
