Answer

An Invalid SAML response message usually means there is a problem with Single Sign-On (SSO) account setup or account matching between your identity provider and ANVL. Common causes include not having an ANVL account yet, having the wrong email or username on the account, or having an SSO link that is not configured correctly.

Steps

  1. Confirm that your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO) for ANVL.

  2. Check with your manager or System Manager to confirm you have an active ANVL account and that your account details match your identity provider exactly.

  3. Ask them to verify that your email address and username are entered correctly in ANVL.

  4. If your account exists and the information is correct, contact ANVL Support for additional help.

  5. If your organization does not use SSO, sign in with your ANVL username and password instead.
