What does Invalid SAML response mean?

Some Login errors are related to single sign on. One example of that is a SAML error.

Some customers use a Login process called Single Sign On (SSO)* to log in to Anvl. This allows you to log in with one set of credentials (likely the same ones you use for your work email and other work-related applications). If you are getting an error like the one seen below, this most like means one of two things:

1) You do not have an account set up in Anvl yet. Please reach out to your manager for assistance in getting an Anvl account set up before trying to log in with SSO.

2) Your email or username that is used to authenticate your account was set up incorrectly. Ask you manager to check for typos in your username and email address.

Other SAML errors could mean that your account is not linked properly. If you have confirmed with your manager that you have an account in Anvl and that it is set up correctly, you can reach out to Anvl support through the support chat icon on this page for assistance.

If you company does not use SSO, you will login using the username and password fields on the Anvl login screen.
