Using Anvl for Web, Supervisors can create new users and review user information. When you add a new user, that person will be sent a Welcome Email. That Welcome Email will contain their username and temporary password.
If the user does not login within 24 hours of receiving the welcome email, they'll need a new one to login.
Steps
Follow these steps to send a new Welcome Email to your user
Go to the Users tab
Look up the your user who needs a new Welcome Email
Select the checkbox to the left of the user's name
Find the "Actions" menu and click "Modify User"
Click "Resend Welcome Email" in upper right hand corner on User Profile screen
Note: If there is no "Resend Welcome Email" option, that means the user has logged in before. They will need to click "Forgot Password" to create a new password in this situation.
