When using Anyday's partial payment solution, there may be several reasons why a transaction doesn’t go through.
To help identify the cause, we’ve divided the troubleshooting into two stages:
1. In Your Shop's Checkout
Here are some common reasons a customer may not see or be able to use Anyday at checkout:
The order total is below DKK 300
This is our minimum purchase amount for using Anyday.Recent changes to your webshop setup
If you’ve made any updates, they may affect the availability of Anyday as a payment option. For example:Switching to a different payment provider
Changing your webshop theme
If you're unsure whether the issue is related to your shop setup, you can try placing an order yourself. Choose Anyday in the checkout. If you're redirected to Anyday’s checkout and asked to log in with MitID, your integration is working as expected.
Note: The cart total must exceed DKK 300 for Anyday to appear as a payment option.
2. In Anyday's Checkout
If the customer is redirected to Anyday but the transaction still fails, possible reasons include:
The customer left the transaction or did not complete account creation
The customer has insufficient funds on their payment card for the first installment
The customer’s credit limit with Anyday has been exceeded (limit: DKK 100,000)
The customer has a hidden address
The customer is registered in Bisnode or RKI
There is an issue with the customer's card, e.g. expired, blocked, or reported stolen
What Should You Do?
If you're unsure why a specific transaction didn’t go through, we generally recommend asking your customer to contact us directly. In most cases, we’re only able to share information about the transaction with the customer themselves due to GDPR regulations.
