Returns and refunds are managed exclusively by the webshop where you made your purchase. This means that Anyday cannot refund an order without the webshop’s approval. For more information about returns and refunds, please contact the webshop’s customer service.
Important: If you purchased an item online using Anyday, any refund must also be processed through the webshop. It is not possible to receive a refund directly in a physical store, as this is not automatically registered in the Anyday system.
How refunds are applied to your plan
Once the webshop has received and approved your return, you will be refunded based on the installments you have already paid.
Unpaid installments: The refund amount is first applied to your upcoming unpaid installments, starting from the last installment in your payment plan and working backwards.
Paid installments: If the refund amount covers all unpaid installments and there is still money left over, the excess amount will be refunded to the payment card you used for the order.
Please note that it may take up to 5 business days before the money is available in your account.
Price reductions and discounts after purchase
Sometimes a shop may offer you a price reduction or a partial refund after the order is completed (e.g., due to a minor defect or a price match).
In our system, this is handled exactly like a partial return described above. The shop refunds the agreed amount, and this amount is automatically deducted from your payment plan starting from the last installment. This means your upcoming monthly payments will typically remain the same, but your payment plan will finish earlier, or the final payment will be lower.
Example of a partial refund: You have an order of DKK 1,000 and have already paid 2 installments of DKK 250 (Total paid: 500. Remaining debt: 500). The webshop refunds DKK 750.
The first DKK 500 of the refund cancels your remaining debt.
The remaining DKK 250 is paid back to your card.
If you have already received a refund in the store
If you by mistake received a cash refund or had the money returned directly in a physical store, this amount will not automatically be updated in the Anyday system. This means you will still be registered with the full amount owed to Anyday until the webshop has processed the refund correctly.
