What happens in case of return and refund?

Returns and refunds are managed exclusively by the webshop where you made your purchase. This means that Anyday cannot refund an order without the webshop’s approval. For more information about returns and refunds, please contact the webshop’s customer service.

Important: If you purchased an item online using Anyday, any refund must also be processed through the webshop. It is not possible to receive a refund directly in a physical store, as this is not automatically registered in the Anyday system.

Once the webshop has received and approved your return, you will be refunded based on the installments you have already paid. The refund will be returned to the card you used for your order, while any installments that have not yet been paid will be canceled. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days before the money is available in your account.

In the case of a partial return, the refund amount will first be applied to your upcoming unpaid installments, starting from the last installment in your payment plan. If necessary, you may receive a partial or full refund of installments you have already paid.

As a general rule, the first part of the refund goes toward upcoming payments. If the refunded amount is higher than the remaining payments, the excess will be paid out to your active payment card.

Example of a partial refund:
You have an order of DKK 1,000 and have already paid 2 installments of DKK 250. The webshop refunds DKK 750, as you are keeping products worth DKK 250.

  • The first DKK 500 of the refund covers your upcoming payments.

  • The remaining DKK 250 will be paid back to your card.


If you have already received a refund in the store

If you by mistake received a cash refund or had the money returned directly in a physical store, this amount will not automatically be updated in the Anyday system. This means you will still be registered with the full amount owed to Anyday until the webshop has processed the refund correctly.
