Signing Up for Anyday
You can sign up for an Anyday account in two ways:
1. From our website
Go to Anyday.io.
Choose MitID and approve the request in the MitID app.
Enter your CPR number.
Accept the terms and provide your contact information.
Enter the SMS code.
Confirm your name.
✅ Your account is now created!
2. During checkout in a webshop
Add your desired items to the cart.
Proceed to checkout.
Fill in your personal and shipping information.
Choose Anyday as your payment method.
Log in with MitID and approve.
Enter your CPR number, phone number, and email.
Enter the SMS code.
Enter your name.
Add your payment card and verify with 3-D Secure.
Activate the card and accept the terms.
Pay the first installment.
✅ Your purchase is now complete!
Having Trouble Signing Up?
Here are common issues and how to fix them:
Trouble Signing in with MitID
MitID can occasionally be unstable, especially during peak hours (e.g., around payday). If you’re unable to sign in, try again later.
If you seem stuck in an old MitID session, try the following:
Clear your browser cookies
Try another browser
Try another device
Since MitID is a separate system, we’re unfortunately unable to help with issues directly related to it. For further help, please contact MitID.
Not Receiving the SMS Code
There can be a delay of up to 15 minutes.
If you request a new code, the previous one becomes invalid. Wait for the most recent code.
If no code arrives at all, feel free to contact our support team.
Error Confirming Your Name
We must verify your full legal name as it’s registered in the Danish CPR system. Please make sure:
Hyphens are included (e.g. Anna-Marie)
Full middle names are written out (no abbreviations)
Diacritical marks (e.g. é, á, í) are used correctly
If you're unsure how your name is registered, check it at borger.dk.
Account Deactivated
If you previously closed your account, it may still be deactivated while we retain essential data.
To request reactivation, please contact our support and confirm the following:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Address
RKI Registration
If you are registered in RKI, you will not be able to sign up.
Even if your RKI registration has been removed, a previous block may still prevent sign-up. We don’t receive automatic updates, so please contact us, and we’ll perform a manual check.
You can check your RKI status at Experian.
Credit Warning on borger.dk
If you have an active credit warning, sign-up will be blocked.
You can remove the credit warning at borger.dk. However, for security reasons, it may take up to 5 days before the change is visible to us.
We do not receive automatic updates, so please reach out to us once 5 days have passed - we’ll manually verify and lift the block so you can complete the sign-up.
