Create a guest user for Anyday

To help set up the Anyday widget in your Magento 2 solution, we need access to your backend. You can provide this by creating a temporary administrator user for our onboarding team.

How to create a new administrator user in Magento 2:

  1. Log in to your Magento 2 admin panel.

  2. Go to System > Permissions > All Users.

  3. Click on Add New User.

  4. In the Account Information section, fill in the following fields:

    • Username

    • Email (please use: onboarding@anyday.dk)

    • Password (choose a temporary and secure password)

    • Fill in any other required fields

  5. Scroll down and click on User Role in the left-hand menu.

  6. Assign the user the Administrators role (or a custom role with the necessary permissions).

  7. Click Save User.

Tip: You can disable or delete the user at any time once the setup is complete.

FTP Access

In some cases we may need FTP access

  • FTP host (server URL)

  • Username

  • Password

If you're unsure about your FTP credentials, you can usually find them via your web host or hosting provider (e.g., cPanel, One.com, Simply, etc.).

Read more about FTP access here.
