To ensure a correct setup of Anyday on your PrestaShop webshop, our onboarding team needs access to both your backend and FTP.
What Do We Need?
To begin the integration, please send us the following information:
Access to PrestaShop Backend:
The backend URL of your webshop (typically something like
www.yourshop.com/admin123)Credentials for a temporary admin user created for us:
Username or email
Password (you choose it yourself)
We recommend that you create a separate admin user exclusively for the integration. This user can be deactivated or deleted after the setup is complete.
FTP Access:
FTP host (server URL)
Username
Password
If you're unsure about your FTP credentials, you can usually find them via your web host or hosting provider (e.g., cPanel, One.com, Simply, etc.).
