To properly install and configure Anyday on your webshop, we may need access to your FTP server, depending on your shop system.
Where can I find my FTP details?
You can usually find your FTP details through your web hosting control panel. Here's how:
Log in to your control panel
This might be cPanel, Plesk, or another system used by your web host.Go to FTP settings
Look for menu items like “FTP Accounts,” “FTP Users,” or “FTP Access.”
Here, you will typically be able to view or create the following:
FTP Hostname (often something like
