The entire process is digital, secure, and typically only takes a few minutes. Here you can see exactly what to expect and get answers to the most frequently asked questions.
Step 1: Introduction You will see a brief introduction explaining that we will now review your financial situation.
Step 2: Verifying name and CPR number For security and legal reasons, we are obligated to cross-check that your name matches your CPR number.
Step 3: Civil status (Who do you live with?) Here you must choose between "Married/Cohabiting" and "Alone".
Important: This is not about your romantic relationship status (whether you are single or have a partner), but strictly about your household. Do you physically live alone, or do you share an address and finances with someone else?
Step 4: Children Here you state how many children you have. If you have children, the next step (Step 4.1) will ask you to provide their ages.
Step 5: Your housing situation Here you must select the housing type that best describes your living situation: Owner-occupied property, Shared housing, Renting, Living with parents, or Other.
Step 6 & 7: Financial review via eSkat We will ask for your permission to retrieve information from eSkat (the Danish Tax Agency). This is a requirement, as we need this data to verify your income and check for things like public wage garnishment.
Step 8: Connecting your bank You must now connect your bank accounts. We strongly encourage you to connect all accounts with monthly activity (income and fixed expenses) so we can give you the most accurate assessment.
Danish banks only: Due to international data sharing regulations, you can only connect Danish bank accounts.
Cannot find your bank? If your bank is not on the list, it is because that specific bank does not support "Open Banking". Unfortunately, this is not something Anyday can change or bypass manually.
Step 9: Verifying existing debt The system will check for other existing debts (e.g., bank loans, student loans, etc.).
Unknown or paid-off debt: If a debt appears that you do not recognize, or that you have already paid off, you can manually set it to 0 DKK.
Missing payment details: If the system finds a loan but cannot determine your monthly payment amount toward it, you must choose one of the following options to proceed:
Add a monthly payment toward the debt.
Indicate that the debt is paid off.
Indicate that the debt is linked to another debt.
Indicate that there are no monthly payments toward the debt.
Indicate that you do not recognize the debt.
Step 10: Approving your monthly disposable income This step shows your disposable income (income after taxes minus fixed expenses). The amounts are pre-filled based on the information the system pulled from your connected bank accounts in Step 8. If the numbers are slightly off, you have the option to manually adjust your income and expenses to match reality.
Step 11: Your result The final credit assessment takes only a few seconds. You will immediately be notified on the screen whether you are approved and what your approved credit limit is.
