Invoices & Payments

Written by Vilho

You receive a notification in the Anyfin app and an email when your monthly invoice is available. Pay it through your own bank using the account number and reference number on the invoice — these stay the same every month.

When is my invoice due?
Due dates vary by country:

  • Finland: check your invoice for the exact date

  • Sweden: last day of the month (invoice available around the 13th)

  • Germany: 4th of the following month (invoice available mid-month)

The due date can't be changed.

How to pay

  • Pay via your bank using the account number and reference number on your invoice.

  • You can also find these details in the Anyfin app under Make extra repayment or Pay now.

  • To set up automatic payment, see the article in your language above.

Good to know

  • The account and reference number are the same every month — you can use them for extra repayments too.

  • Payments take 1–3 banking days to register. No need to worry if it's not visible on the due date as long as you've made the payment.

  • You can pay before the due date. Any extra payment is applied to that month's invoice.

  • Invoices are not sent by post — only payment reminders if a payment is missed.

  • You can check your invoice status at any time in the app.

  • You can request up to 2 payment pauses within any 12-month period. See the article in your language for details.
