NOTE: You can only request a cancellation before tracking is uploaded, otherwise you will have to follow the return process listed here
Navigate to the "Orders and Returns" tab on the left of your desktop app or web portal
Search for your order in the search bar on the top left using the order number
Select the "Order Details" button on the right side of the order
Once viewing your order, scroll to the bottom and select "Cancel Item"
Make sure to select the appropriate reasoning for the cancellation
The cancellation request has now been submitted.
NOTE: This is only a request, and there is a chance the item has already shipped before tracking was uploaded to APFusion. Make sure to keep an eye on the request through your messaging portal!
