APFusion now has centralized return policies! You can view those here

  1. Navigate to the "Orders and Returns" tab on the left of your desktop app or web portal

  2. Search for your order in the search bar on the top left using the order number

  3. Select the "Order Details" button on the right side after locating the order that needs to be returned

  4. Once viewing your order, scroll to the bottom and select "Return Item"

  5. Make sure to select the appropriate reasoning for the return

    1. You can reference our return policies here

  6. Make sure to also select the option to request a pre-paid return label

  7. It is recommended to also send a message along with the return request explaining the reasoning for your return. Press the "Contact Seller" button after the return window closes.

  8. Type the message into the window that pops up, alternatively if the item was damaged in any way you can upload a photo here.

    1. Note: only 1 photo can be uploaded at a time, if you need to upload multiple photos, continue the steps below to get to the messaging portal.

  9. After sending the message, you can select "Messaging Portal" to view the message thread and upload any additional photos.

  10. Once in the message thread, if more photos are needed select the photo icon to the right side of the text box.

  11. You can upload one photo at a time. Once it is uploaded, you will see this green notification in the top right of your screen.

  12. Once you see this, you can then press the send message button by the text box.

  13. You can verify the message was sent by the green notification in the top right, and by seeing the photo now show in the thread.
