How to Navigate to Bonus Settings in the Applause Admin Portal:
1. Log in to your Applause Admin Portal.
2. From the Home tab, hover your cursor down to the left-hand menu and click on Bonuses.
3. In the Bonuses section, select the Settings tab.
Note: To see all the bonuses that have been sent to employees you will view those in the "Send" tab of the Bonuses page. You see Bonus totals by employee in the payroll or summary by employee reports. Individual bonuses can be found in reports through the "Itemized Bonuses" report. All these reports are found in the "Reports" section.
Automated Bonuses
Below are the bonuses you can enable and have automatically managed by Applause. When you switch the automation toggle to 'on,' Applause will handle the payouts directly to your service workers' Applause mobile wallets.

Reminder: Applause fronts the bonus payments so technicians receive those in real-time, the company then pays off that balance through your set-up from Bonuses > Payments.
Regardless of the type of bonus sent out, the employees receive the full amount and no fee is taken out.
A small ACH transaction charge is applied to your total bonus spend, when you pay off your bonuses balance. This is to cover the ACH transaction fee and for the "fronting" of the bonus money so that employees receive them in real time.

Team Payouts
Enable this setting to automatically and fairly distribute tips, tip matching, NPS bonuses, and review bonuses among all team members assigned to a job, powered by the Applause algorithm.
Google Review Bonus
>Our algorithm matches your public Google reviews with the correct employees and the services they performed. Then helps you easily reward the employees with a set review bonus amount.
Added setting features for Google Review Bonuses
-Automatically bonus updated Google reviews - toggle on to award bonuses for updated Google reviews that meet the standard bonus criteria IF the review has not already been bonused
