FAQ:

1. Is it possible to customize Celebration views individually, by employee?

A: Individual customization of Celebration views by employee is not currently supported. All technicians share the same view settings configured by the admin. By default a service worker and their team activity is filtered by the location the service worker is assigned to. Other filters to see the type of celebration or other locations are possible filtering options in the team activity view.

2. Can we disable Celebration visibility for a specific technician on their mobile device?

A: Celebration visibility cannot be turned off for individual technicians. The settings apply universally across all users and cannot be customized per person at this time.

3. What will happen if we turn off team activity?

A. Employees will still be able to view their personal activity feed, but not the team activity feed.
