Below is an overview of the key elements within the "General" tab of your Applause location details settings and what those control.
The General section is found on the right hand side of any location within your Applause admin portal.
1. Location Logo - You may upload a logo specific to this location. If none is provided, the system will default to the company-wide logo. This image will be displayed in the lower center section of both review and NPS request communications.
2. Default Profile Image - If an employee has not uploaded a headshot, this image will be used as their default representation in both review and NPS requests.
3. Customer Facing Business Name - This name will appear in all outbound communications sent to your customers.
4. Location Label - The designated display name for this location, shown consistently throughout the application interface, particularly in reports when filtering by location. (Reach out to Applause if you need this changed)
5. Time zone - Select the time zone corresponding to your location to ensure the messaing sending window goes off of the time zone selected.
6. Website - This field captures the web address associated with the location, this is only used internally if you would like to have that entered.
7. Address - Also optional, and is there to help you distinguish locations if you have more than one.
8. Primary Color Hex- This will be a color hex-code that is used in your customer-facing requests from Applause to determine the appropriate color. (Reach out to Applause if you need this changed)
