AI Insights is a conversational assistant built directly into the Applause platform, providing administrators with instant, data-backed answers to questions about their business. Think of it as having a personal data analyst who knows your employees, locations, NPS scores, reviews, scorecard metrics, and bonus history.
Instead of digging through reports, exporting spreadsheets, or toggling between different pages, managers can simply ask a question and get an immediate answer with the underlying data to support it.

Is there a cost?
While in the beta period, no usage limits will be enforced. We will eventually remove the beta label and enforce some limit, but all customers will have access to some level of AI Insights.
Why isn't my question answered?
AI Insights does not have access to all data and features within Applause. We will be analyzing usage to see what features we can continue to add. Provide a thumbs up/down feedback on responses, so that it can learn more.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
AI Insights is connected to rich data sources in Applause (no copy/pasting spreadsheets) and can intelligently search through the data to produce more relevant answers.
