How-To: Find your Integrations ID's based on your CRM

Based on your CRM, where you can find the ID in order to successfully set-up a user in Applause to the automation of Applause link requests

Integration IDs are key for the set-up of a user inside of Applause in order for the integration to capture their completed services and send out a message on their behalf. If manually setting up a user or troubleshooting the set-up of an employee this shows you where to find the ID that's used for your CRM integration with Applause. Once found, ensure it is entered exactly how it appears in your CRM to this section of a company user's profile inside of Applause.

PestRoutes

If you go into your Admin tab on the top right hand side, then inside of the Users tab you’ll be able to easily see the ID on the left hand side of the Tech’s Name. It is the small, grey italicized number.

PestPac

If you go into your Settings tab within the Menu tab, then click into the Lookup Tables and click into Employees. Once inside of the report you will find it on the left hand side of the name under Username.

RealGreen / SA5

If you go to your manage employees in Settings>Company, you will find the "Username" field in the system information portion of their Employee information. That is the login ID, code, abbreviation, etc. that is used for SA5/RealGreen Integration UserID field for a users' Applause profile.

Username - This ID field in SA5 can be anything you choose as long as it is unique from any other employee's ID in Service Assistant. Some companies will use first and last initials and others have assigned employee numbers. If this does change at some point in SA5, you will want to ensure you update it in Applause as well.

BrioStack

Log-into BrioOffice. Then you’ll click into the Users tab and you’ll find their Integration UserID in the ID field.

To find this column from Admin tab on the left hand side navigate to the "Employees" tab and search for an employee profile

ServSuite

The Integration UserID is only found through the API with Applause.

*check with Applause support to verify any IDs for users with this CRM

Jobber Email / API

The Integration UserID for Jobber is the "Full Name" field in your manage users list.

OptimoRoute

Click into the Administration tab, then you’ll go to Drivers you’ll be able to see the Integration UserID by looking at each user's Serial Number.

ZenMaid

Integration UserID is found in Cleaners > All Cleaners and it is the name of the employee exactly how it appears in this list.

Service AutoPilot / updated integration

From you "Employees list" click into the Employee you need to locate an ID for. It is the code after the = sign in the URL of your browser. Copy that and then paste it into Applause for that user.

Applause released an updated integration in November 2024 for Service AutoPilot. If you have been implemented since then you will most likely be on this integration. If your account was switched to this integration type, you were most likely in touch with Applause support to get this updated.

You can also look at current employees in your account and their Integration ID to see if you are on this one, as the ID for this integration ID is quite different than the Automations integration.

Service AutoPilot / Automations integration

From your Team tab go to "Employees" to locate the Integration UserID. It is the name of the Employee exactly as it appears on your "Employees" list. NOT the name that appears when you click into an employees profile.

Service Titan / updated integration

From you "Employees list" click into the Employee you need to locate an ID for. It is the number in the URL of your browser. Copy that and then paste it into Applause for that user.


Service Titan / Scheduled report integration

The Integration UserID for Service Titan just needs to be the tech’s first name and last name as exactly shown within Service Titan. You can find this in settings > People > Technicians

FieldWorkHQ

Integration UserID can be located in the calendar view, and it is name of the employees "Route"

HouseCall Pro

Integration UserID is found in your "Employees & permissions" page and you can navigate there from Settings > Company > Employees

Then you need to click into an employees profile, once inside the "Personal Details" it is the "Pro #" that shows up in the URL of your web browser after employees/ and before /personal-details.

GorillaDesk

Integration UserID is found in the Users page (must be on the Classic version of GorillaDesk). Right click to open the User profile in a new tab and the number in the URL after the last forward slash is the ID.

*If you are on an updated version of GorillaDesk, we recommend always letting users auto-create. Please reach out to support and we can help with these, ensuring the valid Integration ID is set-up for an employee account.

Aspire

From your profile in the Aspire dashboard in the very bottom left, click the "Administration"

When in "Administration", go to "User Management" then be sure you are clicked into your "Users" list.

After clicking in the employee that you are trying to locate their ID, the number in the URL is the integration ID.

BookingKoala

Integration UserID field is found in each employees "Providers" page. From your home page go to Providers>Providers and click into the employee's profile you're trying to locate. The number in the URL in between the providers/ and the /dashboard slash is the ID.
