For your pilot, an Applause implementation rep will help provide direction and best practices for your Leads pilot in order to see a good conversation rate based on your current settings & offerings you will utilize with Leads.
What:
Leads is an Applause feature that can be utilized in the landing page experience to generate a lead for additional services or to promote a specific offering to your customers.
It is a different "mode" other than a tip ask after a high enough NPS score is left. Your "offer" displaying depends on what your minimum rating to trigger this feedback flow is with your "NPS positive rating" setting.

How:
Leads ->Settings
This is where you'll build your catalog of products and their associated service codes.
1.) Click "+ Add service" at the bottom of this page. That will bring up this window
2.) Add in the following fields - Label, Service code, Icon
Label - Title for your offering, this is just the name to help you know which one you will select in your location settings.
Service code - This service codes are collected through your CRM - reminder that these codes are treated as an exclusion - "exclude this service from this lead offering".
Icon - Choose a preset logo generated from Applause that best represents the type of service you're promoting.
Home -> Locations -> {select location} -> Leads
Your "Lead" offering is customizable and built at the location level for wherever you will have a certain frequency of messages enabled to receive leads (similar to Applause' public review frequency percentage). This will be set by Applause.
From "Home" navigate to the location where you are running this mode and navigate to the subtab "leads" to customize your lead offering.
Add the emails that you'd like to be notified when a lead comes in.
Create a title. Recommendation is using this to generate awareness for a certain service, to start.
Use the services drop down to select the appropriate catalog service.
Create the body, you can use this section to be a little more descriptive, recommendation is to keep it brief, 1-2 sentences.
Click "Save service".
Prioritize your Leads
Drag the lead you want prioritized to the top of the table to ensure that the system shows that to a customer if eligible.
Any “inactive” leads will not be shown to a customer, regardless of position in table.
Other settings for Leads:
12-Month Calendar for Leads to select "Active" months
When creating a lead, you can now select the months it should be active.
Click into the the service you want to edit, and select the appropriate months this lead should be enabled for.
The "Mark Active" option is now "Service Enabled" – a simple on/off toggle to complement the calendar tool.

Any new leads are found in this section of your Applause admin portal. In this page is where a "lead" who has clicked "I'm interested" in the landing page and that associated customer info will come into this page below in "Leads" on the left hand side of your admin portal.

All data is filterable and exportable, and instant email alerts for newly received leads based on the emails added in the location level settings for your active "lead" offering.
