Wall Cladding Pay Rates
The Wall Cladding Pay Rates function defines installation pay rates for all wall components and trim.
Rates are calculated per metre or per foot, depending on your unit settings.
You can set up multiple pay rate files to accommodate different wall systems, profiles, or pricing structures.

💾 Saving and Managing Pay Rate Files
Once your pricing table is fully populated (for all storeys and intervals, if applicable):
Click Add to create a new pay rate file, or
Click Update to modify an existing one.
Your data is saved automatically when you click [OK].
Standard pricing files are stored within the software structure.
User-defined pricing files are stored as:
SidingLabour5.csv
in your
..\Userfolder.
You can create as many wall pay rate files as needed — for example, separate ones for metal cladding, vinyl siding, or composite panels — depending on the systems you install.
💡 Tip: Review and update your wall cladding pay rates regularly to ensure your labour allowances remain aligned with current market costs or installer agreements.
