*Important - the Users and Access section is only available to Super Admin and Admin users in Apploi. If you are a Member, these steps won't apply!

The Users and Access section of Apploi shows you the list of users who have access to the account and which jobs they’ll be able to see when they’re logged in. Take a look at the highlights below to see which other actions can be taken from the Users and Access page.

Add New Users

If there is a user that you would like to give access to Apploi, you can add them by clicking on the Add or Invite User button on the top right corner of the page. From there, you'll fill out the user's name, email address, and role type. Once you click Invite, the user will receive an email with instructions to set their password for Apploi.

Assign Users to Jobs

If you would like to assign a user to a particular job, click on the hyperlinked number in the Access column. From here, you can select the jobs that you would like to assign the user to from the dropdown, or you can remove their access from a job by clicking the trash can icon.

Edit User Information

If you are a Super Admin in Apploi, you’ll also see the option to edit a user's information.

To edit a user, click the pencil icon that appears in the Actions column to the right of the user’s name. You’ll be able to edit the user’s name, email address, or user role.

Reset Passwords

A Super Admin also has the option to reset a user’s password, either by sending a Reset Password email or choosing to automatically generate a password.

To do this, click the Key icon under the Actions column. From here, you have the option to leave the toggle on if you'd like for the user to receive an email with the new password, or you can turn the toggle off to generate a password.

The next time a user reaches out to you about logging into Apploi, you'll have all the tools to get them up and running!
