Are you looking for an additional way to streamline your interview process? On the Applicants Page, you have the option to filter by a number of the columns to create a more narrowed list of applicants. See below for a description of each filtering option available:
Name
Filter by Quick Apply or Application to find candidates within the corresponding stage of the application process.
Job Title
Filter by single or multiple job titles to view a list of applicants across particular jobs.
Team
Filter by team name if you have multiple locations set up in your Apploi account.
Status
Filter by single or multiple applicant statuses to see a list of applicants that fall under specific stages in the recruitment process.
Last Contacted
Filter by different types of applicant communication to reference a list of applicants that you most recently interacted with.
Tasks
Filter by Task Status and/or Task Type to complete your tasks accordingly and determine which applicants to reach out to next.
Score
If using the color-coded score feature, filter by applicant score as a way to flag qualified or unqualified applicants.
To remove any of the filters, click on the yellow (x) button that appears next to the gray filter icon.
