Are you tired of dealing with the hassle of paper applications?

Question Templates in Apploi are digital questions templates which you can utilize during the recruiting process.

πŸ’‘ After a question template is created be sure to add it to a job or jobs by following the instructions at the bottom of this guide.

Types of Question Templates

First Stage screening questions

First Stage screening questions are answered by the candidate when they are applying to one of your job postings online. Use this template to ask important questions that help you get information about qualifications, experience and availability.

We recommend a maximum of 5 questions for the First Stage screening and making the answers single/multiple choice to make it easy and fast for candidates to submit their application.

πŸ’‘Too many questions or questions requiring lengthy answers can result in candidates not completing an application.

Second Stage screening questions

Second Stage screening questions can take the place of an Employment Application or be used to ask more in-depth questions after the candidate has applied.

This question template is sent to candidates via email/text and can be sent manually or via Apploi's Automated Workflows.

Interview Guide questions

Unlike the First or Second Stage screening questions, the Interview Guide is not filled out by candidates, but by an Apploi user who has access to the candidate.

If you're looking for a way to ensure that all recruiters are asking the correct questions during interviews, Apploi's Interview Guide feature is a fantastic way to accomplish this.

Whether you have one set of questions for all jobs, or specific questions for each job, creating and completing Interview Guides will guarantee all the right questions are asked.
