If you're looking for a way to ensure that all recruiters are asking the correct questions during interviews, Apploi's Interview Guide feature is a fantastic way to accomplish this.
Whether you have one set of questions for all applicants, or specific questions for each job, creating and completing Interview Guides will guarantee all the right questions are asked. You'll also have the ability to save the candidate's answers in the Interview Guide section for your reference.
