Two new metric lines have been added to the schedule page: Census and HPPD
Configure Census
To configure the census, display the census metrics bar, hover over any day, and click. This will open a modal where the census can be configured
Default Census: Input the average census here. This will be applied as the census to any day where a user doesn’t add a census
Daily Census: as facilities learn the census on a given day, they should configure that number in the census pop up.
These configurations will be shown on the schedule page when the census bar is displayed
Configure HPPD
There is a settings option called HPPD on the settings page. Here, customers can configure the budgeted HPPD per role for a specific facility
It’s important to note:
Only admins can edit the budgeted HPPD
Location leads and schedulers have a read only view
Changing the HPPD will preserve historical data
Daily HPPD
The daily HPPD is shown on the new metrics bar on the schedule page. The variance (budgeted vs. daily) is displayed on this line as well
The info icon displays the budgeted HPPD
The HPPD changes every time a shift is added/modified/removed
The HPPD excludes the following from the calculation: absences, orientation shifts, cancellations
