You can upload a resume directly to a candidate’s profile if they didn’t provide one when applying.
Use the Upload Resume option when:
A candidate applied without attaching a resume
You’re entering a referral or walk-in manually
You’ve received a resume outside the system (e.g. via email)
How to Upload a Resume
Open the Candidate's profile.
If a resume does not exist, you will see an Add Resume button.
Click Add Resume, then Upload on the file upload screen.
Select the resume file from your computer (PDF, .doc, etc.)
Click Upload Resume.
Our system will then parse education and work experience from the uploaded resume.
