The AI Job Description Generator will:
Rewrite an existing job description to improve clarity and tone
Generate a new job description from scratch by entering the job title
Allow you to edit or tweak AI suggestions before publishing — you're always in control
Generate a Job Description from Scratch
To generate a job description from scratch, all you will need is a Job Title.
Navigate to the Create Job page.
Fill out the Job Title field.
Above the Job Summary text box, click the Generate icon.
This opens a pop-up draft page. Here, you will see the AI-generated draft based on the details you provided.
You can ask the AI generator to retry different job descriptions by clicking the Regenerate link as many times as you'd like, until you find the perfect description for your open role.
Rewrite an existing Job Description
You can also rewrite an existing Job Description from your saved Job Description library.
💡 You will only see the Rewrite option if the Job Description is currently being used for another job opening within the same team and same location.
Navigate to the Create Job page.
Search for the saved Job Description in the drop-down. This will autofill the Job Summary section.
Click Rewrite above the Job Summary text box to generate a new job description for the open role.
This opens a pop-up draft page. Here, you will see the AI-generated draft based on the details you provided.
