If you haven't noticed, there's a new icon on your side navigation bar. This icon gives you quick access to Apploi Schedule, our scheduler that allows you to fill shifts in seconds and cut labor costs.
From Apploi Schedule, you will have direct access to your Hiring Trends Report. This report offers you recommendations and insights into your location(s)’ hiring needs, hours needed for efficiency, rotation openings per day by shifts, and rotation openings overview.

📝 Custom Messages for New Employees

Send custom emails or texts, or choose from saved templates, when transferring candidates to employees in Onboard. Utilize our AI Optimization tool to optimize your custom text messages, ensuring better candidate engagement.

This feature update also shows you the required documents attached to the specific role, so you’ll know exactly which documents your new employee receives.
You can also choose from your Message Templates to quickly send a custom email or text when transferring a candidate to an employee.
📍 Candidate Map View

Quickly spot where your candidates are located on the map with Candidate Map View. This feature lets you see your applicants’ locations on an interactive map, helping you quickly identify candidates who live near your job sites.
